Aarushi Jain

Co-Founding Partner

Aarushi Jain, completed her Master of Laws (LL.M.) from University of California, Berkeley. She is an Alumni of Amity law School, Delhi, Indraprastha University, enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi in the year 2017. Ms. Jain practices in areas of Competition law, Intellectual Property law, Employment and Labour law, Matrimonial and Family laws, Real Estate, Criminal law and Dispute resolution across all courts and forums in India.

Ms. Jain regularly writes and has her works published on various legal portals. She is also on the editorial board for certain legal blogs. Ms. Jain is a guest faculty on recognised online legal education forums.

In the past, Ms. Jain has assisted a Judge in the Delhi High Court, as a judicial clerk cum law researcher and has assisted the judge in matters pertaining to Intellectual property rights and criminal law. She has been appointed as a Local Commissioner by the Delhi High Court in various matters involving Intellectual Property disputes. Ms. Jain has also been associated with tier one law firm.

Prateek Kumar

Co-Founding Partner

Prateek kumar, an Alumni of Amity law School, Delhi, Indraprastha University, enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi in the year 2016. He is a lawyer with expertise in the laws relating to Criminal Law, Arbitration laws, Insurance Laws, Banking laws and Intellectual Property Rights. His area of practice has largely been the Delhi High Court, District Courts of Delhi and various Tribunals, wherein several of his judgements have been reported.

In the past he has worked in a tier one Intellectual Property Law firm and subsequently with a former Public Prosecutor of CBI before the Hon’ble Delhi High Court. He is also a member of Delhi High Court Bar Association.

Yojit is a partner at the Chambers of Jain and Kumar. Yojit specialises in Tax laws, transfer pricing, international tax, mergers and acquisitions, contract law, real estate law and Intellectual property law. Prior to joining Chambers of Jain and Kumar, Yojit has worked with Tier-1 firms such as Khaitan & Co and AZB & Partners.

He comes with an experience of representing individuals, startups and multinational companies before benami authorities, Assessing Officers, Transfer Pricing Officers, CIT(A), ITAT, NCDRC, High Courts and the Supreme Court of India.
