It regulates merger control transactions or combinations of enterprises. We advise clients on matters of anti-trust and competition issues (investigations, litigation, advisory, compliance), transactions related to mergers, acquisitions and amalgamations We represent clients before all courts and tribunals. We are involved in conducting competition compliance programmes and assisting in dawn raids across sectors.
